Email messages to users' emails are subject to spam filters by Google for many unknown senders. These Google filters automatically forward messages that appear as spam to the spam folder in people's Gmail account. Spam filters can be customized by users with the help of the spam setting on how to drop bulk mails into the inbox:
-Aggressive spam filtering is turned on in order to apply a stronger filtering to mass incoming mails.
-Approved sender list can be created to recover mails from spam filter in Google. Senders determined by e-mail account or domain can be approved. All internal messages in the organization can also be approved.
-Similar to security settings in other emails, spam settings apply to all users in any organization. Users belonging to sub-organizations can use the settings created for the parent organization.
For users who are thinking about how to drop mass mails to their inbox, after making advanced Gmail settings, it may take an hour for this configuration process to be transferred to individual user accounts. Previous changes can be tracked using the audit log in the Admin console.
